CRASH INVESTIGATION NEEDED
Motorcyclists are arguably the most vulnerable motorists on the road, and sadly, that was illustrated in this tragic incident.
This accident underscores the dangers that motorcyclists face on our roadways each day. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 83,000 motorcyclists were injured in crashes in 2021, an increase of approximately 5% from the previous year.
Candice Bond, an experienced motorcycle accident attorney, said in such cases, it is imperative to preserve evidence through an independent probe.
“In addition to a police report, an attorney will carefully review what may have contributed to the crash,” said Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal. “An accomplished attorney has the resources to hire expert witnesses, conduct driver background checks, locate witnesses to the crash and review applicable insurance coverage.”
PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM
Marco Torres may be entitled to an injury claim, and they may seek recovery for damages, including medical expenses, future medical care, pain and suffering, and emotional trauma.
“A major injury means that there will be a lot of challenges ahead. Attorneys know how to handle all the legal aspects of a case so a person could focus on healing and moving forward,” Bond, who is also a national legal analyst for Newsline, said.
Bond added, “It doesn’t matter how large an insurance company a victim of a major crash is fighting; an attorney with experience and resources will ensure that the victim's rights are protected and injuries are properly compensated.”
