Monday night collision happened along Caldwell Avenue
VISALIA, CA, (August 12, 2024) - In relation to a fatal hit-and-run incident in Visalia, authorities have taken 31-year-old Jorge Torres into custody.
A man was arrested on Wednesday in connection with a hit-and-run crash in Vasalia that claimed the life of Michael Pavich on Monday night.
The crash occurred on Monday night, resulting in the death of 26-year-old Michael Anthony Juan Pavich at the intersection of Caldwell Avenue and Ben Maddox Way.
Police located the abandoned vehicle believed to be involved near the crash site. Torres is currently being held in Tulare County Jail on $100,000 bail.
