Wednesday collision happened along Interstate 71 near W. 25th
CLEVELAND, OH, (January 15, 2025) - In a tragic incident Wednesday morning, a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 71 in Cleveland claimed the life of a young Bay Village resident.
Nicholas Rohn Sandman died in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday on Interstate 71 near W. 25th Street in Cleveland.
Cleveland Police, firefighters, and EMS crews responded to the scene.
Nicholas Rohn Sandman, age 27, was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after the accident, which occurred around 7 a.m. near West 25th Street.
Details surrounding the cause of the fatal crash are yet to be determined. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed Sandman as the victim.
The accident remains under investigation.
CRASH INVESTIGATION
