Investing.com – Norway stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

The best performers of the session on the were Questerre Energy Corporation (OL:), which rose 4.35% or 0.26 points to trade at 6.24 at the close. Meanwhile, Leroy Seafood Group ASA (OL:) added 2.55% or 1.2 points to end at 49.0 and SalMar ASA (OL:) was up 2.39% or 7.00 points to 299.60 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Yara International ASA (OL:), which fell 1.47% or 5.1 points to trade at 341.7 at the close. Petroleum Geo – Services ASA (OL:) declined 1.43% or 0.37 points to end at 25.50 and Subsea 7 SA (OL:) was down 1.06% or 1.2 points to 116.2.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Oslo Stock Exchange by 112 to 60 and 26 ended unchanged.
Shares in SalMar ASA (OL:) rose to all time highs; up 2.39% or 7.00 to 299.60.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 1.28% or 0.78 to $60.37 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.92% or 0.59 to hit $63.75 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.46% or 6.10 to trade at $1321.50 a troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was down 0.26% to 9.6596, while USD/NOK rose 0.51% to 7.8431.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.59% at 90.09.
