SACRAMENTO, CA, (September 01, 2024) - A 32-year-old woman tragically lost her life in a motor vehicle collision in Sacramento County, according to the Coroner's Office.
Geohaira Sosa, 32, was killed in a vehicle crash in Sacramento County, according to authorities.
Geohaira Sosa was fatally injured in the crash, details of which were not immediately available.
Sosa's death remains under investigation.
CRASH INVESTIGATION NEEDED
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, speeding was the primary cause of fatal crashes in 2018, followed by the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication; failure to stay in the proper lane; failure to yield the right of way; and distracted driving.
